CONTINUING DISCLOSURE <br />In order to assist bidders in complying with SEC Rule 15c2-12, as amended, the City will covenant to undertake <br />(pursuant to a Resolution to be adopted by the City Council), to provide annual reports upon request and timely notice <br />of certain events for the benefit of holders of the Bonds. The details and terms of the undertaking are set forth in a <br />Continuing Disclosure Certificate to be executed and delivered by the City, a form of which is included in the Official <br />Statement. <br />INFORMATION FROM PURCHASER <br />The successful purchaser will be required to provide, in a timely manner, certain information relating to the initial <br />offering prices of the Bonds necessary to compute the yield on the Bonds pursuant to the provisions of the Internal <br />Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. <br />PRELIMINARY OFFICIAL STATEMENT <br />Underwriters may obtain a copy of the Preliminary Official Statement relating to the Bonds prior to the proposal <br />opening by request from Ehlers at,*vww.ehlers-inc.com by connecting to the link to the Bond Sales. The Syndicate <br />Manager will be provided with 50 copies of the Final Official Statement within seven business days of the proposal <br />acceptance.
