Also to help in the review of the <br />definition of the best use(s) of the 15 acre parcel where Tousley Ford is now located. <br />2) SWOT results and analysis — The kickoff public meeting for updating the City of <br />Gem Lake comprehensive plan, held in January 2007, identified the strengths, <br />weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) that the public found for the City of Gem <br />Lake. The project tonight will be to accept and review the results of this data and possibly <br />categorize the items. <br />Some suggested categories are: taxes and budget, communication, development, <br />roads and traffic, utilities, parks and trails, citizen involvement in city government, <br />neighborhoods and neighbors, and problems outside our city (control). <br />NOTE: The results of the SWOT analysis from that meeting are attached. <br />Attachments <br />
