CITY OF GEM LAKE, MN <br />4707 Hwy 61 # 253 <br />White Bear Lake, MN 55110-3227 <br />E-mail Citv(a gemlakeININ.ora, <br />Telephone 651-747-2790 <br />Resolution 2007-12 <br />Concurrence of the City of Gem Lake with Ramsey County adopting <br />CSAH status for Goose Lake Rd and Otter Lake Rd in the City of Gem Lake <br />WHEREAS, Establishment of "County State Aid Highway" status may be accomplished by resolution of <br />the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners pursuant to Minnesota Statues #162.02, and <br />WHEREAS, The County Board of the County of Ramsey did adopt Resolution 2007-173 on May 8, 2007, <br />locating, establishing, designating and numbering CSAH 60 (Otter Lake Road) from Highway 96 to Goose <br />Lake Road and CSAH 14 (Goose Lake Road) from Otter Lake Road to Centerville Road, and CSAH 14 <br />(Lahore Road) from Goose Lake Road to Goose Lake Road as part of the County State Aid Highway <br />system of Ramsey County, and <br />WHEREAS, Said resolution locates and establishes the subject County State Aid Highways within the <br />corporate limits of the City of Gem Lake, Now, Therefore, Be it, <br />RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Gem Lake that the resolution adopted by the County <br />Board, a copy which is attached hereto and made part thereof, locating and establishing the above County <br />State Aid Highways with the City limits is in all things approved. <br />Resolution authoried by Tom Rasmussen — Council -person <br />Resolution seconded by Hutch Schilling - Council -person <br />Resolution unamiously adopted by Gem Lake City Council on June 19. 2007 <br />ATTEST: <br />Mayor <br />City Clerk <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I hereby certify the above is a true and correct copy of a Resolution duly passed adopted and approved by <br />the City Council of the Ci of Gem Lake on June 19, 2007 <br />ity Clerk — City of Gem Lake <br />Look for us on the World Wide Web at gemlakemn.org <br />
