CITY OF GEM LAKE, MN <br />4707 Hwy 61 # 253 <br />White Bear Lake, MN 55110-3227 <br />E-mail Cih acrttlakell.or� <br />Telephone 651-747-2790 <br />Resolution 2007-15 <br />Change of City Treasurer on City Bank Accounts <br />WHEREAS, Jessie Hart replaced the former City Treasurer, Tom Kelly on September 17, <br />2007, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Treasurer is a signer of checks and other official bank documents <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Mayor and Council members that: <br />Premier Bank — It is requested that Jessie Hart be authorized to represent the City of <br />Gem Lake and update the signature cards by having Tom Kelly's name deleted and hers <br />added to the authorization to sign checks and make transfers for investment purposes. <br />The remaining signatures would remain the same; however it may be necessary for all <br />signors to resign because of the change. <br />Wells Fargo Brokerage Services, LLC — It is requested that Jessie Hart be authorized to <br />represent the City of Gem Lake and update the Certificate of Authority to remove Tom <br />Kelly's name and add hers and authorize the Mayor to sign said Certificate of Authority. <br />Motion made by Chuck Watson <br />Seconded Hutch Schilling <br />All City Council present voted AYE <br />Adopted by Council on Date October 16, 2007 <br />I <br />Mayor <br />Look for us on the World Wide Web at gemlakemn.org <br />
