NO. 07-13 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA <br />HELD ON OCTOBER 16TH, 2007 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Gem <br />Lake, Minnesota, was duly held in said City on October 16, 2007, at 7:00 O'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Councilors; Emeott, Watson, Schilling, Artig-Swomley and <br />Rasmussen ; and the following members were absent: None. <br />Councilor Watson introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENT SEPTIC INSPECTION CHARGES <br />(AUDITOR NO. 37080002) TO COUNTY AUDITOR BE IT RESOLVED BY THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That pursuant to Section 7.4.1, of Ordinance No. 67B, the Clerk, is hereby authorized and <br />directed to certify to the Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota, the delinquent sewer charges on the <br />following described parcels of real estate in the Town of White Bear: <br />PROPERTY ID NO. AMOUNT <br />22-30-22-43-0034 82.00 <br />27-30-22-32-0019 82.00 <br />$ 164.00 <br />The motion of the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilor Schilling, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilors; Emeott, Watson, <br />Schilling, Artig-Swomley and Rasmussen the following voted against the same: None. <br />Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, Minnesota, <br />DO HEREBY CERTIFY, that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing Extract of Minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting of the City Council of said City held on the 16th day of October, 2007, with the original <br />on file in my office and that the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same <br />relates to a Resolution directing certification of Delinquent Sewer Charges. <br />WITNESS my hand as such Clerk and the City Clerk's seal this 16th day of October, 2007. <br />CITY CLERK <br />CITY OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA <br />
