Please confirm receipt and verify content is in <br />acceptable form for use. <br />CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />PUBLIC NOTICE NO.2007-11 <br />Ordinance No. 101 <br />Effective Date: November 20, 2007 <br />An Ordinance enacting a 9 month Moratorium to preserve <br />the Status Quo within certain districts understudy <br />in the City of Gem Lake <br />The following zoning districts will have a moratorium on the <br />issuance or approval of zoning permits, site plan and lot split <br />or plat approvals and building permits: <br />General Business, General Business II, Retail Business, <br />Low Density Business and Residential (R1) on the properties <br />assigned Ramsey County Tax Parcel ID # 27 30 22 33 0005, <br />27 30 22 34 0007 and 27 30 22 34 0008. <br />Variances from this Ordinance may be granted by the City <br />Council upon a determination that a proposed project would <br />be compatible with proposed building and zoning changes. <br />The complete text of this Ordinance is available from the City <br />Clerk at 1281 Hammond Rd, White Bear Lake, MN 55110. <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />Is/ Paul Emeott <br />Mayor of Gem Lake <br />
