IPhbnei.. <br />Public Hearing --Hansen investment LLC renewal of gardening permit (Tom Hansen) <br />The public hearing- was. opened at 7:17 p.m. The heairing.was closed at7:18 R.M. No comments were <br />received during the hearing. Attorney Kelly has asked the property owners to postar no Hunting sign <br />which has yet to take place, gunshots have been .heard in -the area in the fall.. Thisis a safety concern for <br />the city.. A motion was made by i'.quncilmember Artig-Swomley, seconded by Councilmember Bosak to <br />grant the renewal of the permit. Avote was: taken;. four yes.votes, Councilmember Kuny abstained. due <br />to possible conflict of interest, Motion passed. <br />New Business <br />Fire Escrow Resolution 2015-02 <br />Motion was made .by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by CoUncilmember Artig-Swomley to: continue <br />discussions on the Fire: Escrow Resolution that.begari at the March 17, 20.15,.City Council meet and was <br />tabled to the April meeting.
