CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO.2000-10 <br />18 DECEMBER 2000 <br />WHEREAS, the City Clerk has presented a {Proposed) Budget. and (Proposed) Tax Levy for fiscal year 200.1 based upon best <br />estimates of -costs for-runn.ing the City of Gem Lake in 2061; and: <br />WHEREAS these estimates were reviewedbythe City Council in August, 2000, amended. based upon best:information received <br />from: outside contractors, and .revised in December; 2000; and <br />WHEREAS, the. City Council did review the (Proposed) Budget and. Tax Levy for 2001., including.all revisions thereto:-m of <br />the dato.frst written: <br />NOW THEREFORE BE 1T RESOLVED, that the City Council: of the C`m.. of Ge➢n Lake does, by means of this Resolution <br />No 7000-10, formally adopt the 2.00.1 General Fund Budget of $142,947-and the 2001.Net Tax Levy After HACA Reduction <br />of $9.9,000 prepared by the City Clerk; and <br />BE.
