CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO.2000-02 <br />24 January 2000 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Gem Lake provides services as well as dissemination of public information to all persons in accordance <br />with United States, State of Minnesota, County of Ramsey, and City of Gem Lake laws and ordinances; and <br />WHEREAS, said services and dissemination of information have exceptional costs associated with providing same to the general <br />public which are beyond budgeted costs; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Gem Lake wishes to establish a fair and uniform basis for providing said services and information to <br />all persons so requesting.. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake does hereby establish and approve <br />the rates and fees set forth in the "CITY OF GEM LAKE 2000 FEE SCHEDULE" attached hereto for the use of the City staff <br />in providing said services and information, said rates to become effective retroactive to the first day of January 2000 and to be <br />reviewed annually thereafter unless otherwise required. <br />The foregoing Resolution was offered by Council Member Igo and was supported by Council Member Birkebak and <br />was declared carried on a unanimous vote. <br />ATTEST <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Gem Lake and that said extract is a true and accurate representation of the intent and action taken. <br />Frederic C.
