Through the <br />third quarter it appears revenues should finish- the year abovebudgeted amounts for most <br />revenue sources, while expenditures may end negr or slightly below budgeted amounts. The <br />City has sufficient cash and Investments to meet its obligatl6ns unfit the City receives its second <br />half tax settlement in December, however investment. earnings•remains low: So it would appear <br />the City is in good financial shape for 2015.. <br />
