CITY OF GEM LAKE RESOLUTION NO.2004-08 24 May 2004 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN THE COST SHARING. OF CONSULTANT SERVICES TO THE ONGOING 1-35E CORRIDOR MANAGEMENT STUDY. WHEREAS, the. City of Gem Lake has partially Ainded'and participated in the multi: jurisdictional study of the I-3 6 Corridor: and WHEREAS, the CityofGcrn Lake.has cornibitted to coritiriue.participation as a member in the I-ISE:Corridor Management. Team; and W H EREAS, the Coirri&t Manag.ementTeain will continue to coordinate -the ongoing balanceof land use and transportation within .the 1-3 5l ; Corridor,, acid WHEREAS, continued consultant services will be required to -assist the Corridor.Managentent Tearn- and WHEREAS, SEH, Inc. has: prepared a,scope ofserviees to provide such assistance at a cost to the members in 2004 not to exceed $4.500 rile budgeted .operations:: and WH EREAS, the Corridor Management Team has proposed -cost sharing contributions from the participating local units of government as follows- the city of Vadnois He.iglits @ 25. Lake @ 7.0%; and WHEREAS, Minnesota Department ofTransportation; Ramsey County.and the Metropolitan Council have agreed to provide in -kind planiring and technical services:and projectcoordination through.the:course of study. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:that the City Council of the -City of Gem Lake agrees to. contribute. funding an amount.not.to exceed $315.00. for consultant services from SEH, Inc. for the ongoing 1-35E Corridor Management. study.
