THE GEM LAKE CITY CLERK TO MAKE <br />APPLICATION TO .RAMSEY COUNTY FOR PARTICIPATION .IN FUNDING <br />MADE AVAILABLE AS. HEREINAFTIER. KNOWN AS."SCORE GRANT". <br />WHEREAS, THE City of Gem Lake currently operates a Municipal Curbside. Recycling Prograni. for all single <br />family residences within the City; and <br />WHCREAS,. the City Council realizes that increased'ptiblic awareness, education and participation in this program <br />is iIo the best interests of.all citizens and wishes to. expand the current program within the administrative guidelines <br />established for current :City staff; and <br />WHC.R.EAS,'the. Division of Solid Waste of the St..*Paul-Ramsey County Depaitment'of-Public Health has made <br />certain funds available forg0tified.recyclingprograrns within Ramsey County. <br />NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake herebyy"erripowers the <br />City Clerk to apply annually .for any and all.
