CITY OF GEM LAXE <br />RESOLUTION NO.2004-33. <br />20 December 2004 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Gem Lake.provides.sof <br />ervices as. well as dissemination puhlic. information to all persons in accordance <br />y with United Stales, State of Minnesota, Copntyof Ramsey, And City of Gein.Lake laws and ordinances; and <br />WHEREAS, said services.and dissemination of information.have exceptional casts*associated with providing same to.the general <br />pu.il.icwhich. are beyond budgeted costs; and <br />WHEREAS: the City ofGem Lake wishes to establish a fair and uniform basis for providing said.services and infennation to -all <br />persons so requesting. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Gem Lakedoes hereby establish. and approve <br />the rates and. fees set fotih in the."CITY:OF GEM LAKE 2005 FEE SCHEDULE" attached hereto for the use of the City. staff <br />in providing said services and information, said rates to become effective on the first day of January 2005 and to:be reviewed <br />mutually thereafter unless otherwise required. <br />The foregoing: Resolution was offered by Council Member Ig? .and was supported by Council Member Birkebalc and Nvas <br />declared.adopted based upon the following vote: <br />NAME <br />EMEOTT <br />WATSON <br />:BII 40AK. <br />VOTE <br />Aye <br />Are <br />Aye <br />,tlyye <br />Aye <br />ATTEST <br />I.
