Now, therefore; be it <br />II -ES LVED, that the City COURcil of the City of Gem Lake hereby adopts the language recommendations of the Gem <br />Lake Plannihn , Commission identified in the document "Ordinance No. 430 Redline"and orders said amendments to <br />he inc4posted in current Ordinance No.. 43 C to create a new version of the Zoning Ordinance; No: 4^>G with the proviso <br />thin; <br />A) This ordiMnee shall not apply to Hillary Farm Plat until t►vo*(2) years after the tecording of the final .plat of <br />Hillary Farm;.atid <br />a) Section 15 regarding signs be is to. be deleted from th&d6cumetit "Ordinance No. 43G Redline" leaving same <br />-unchanged with wording already provided in :Section 15, Ordinance No. 43F; and <br />FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk shall have said Ordinance No. 43G fully retyped and recodified not later <br />tlt rn 41 Seliientber 2005 for public distribution in both print and electronic format; and <br />P CIRTHF,R RESOLVED, thatthe City Clerk shall publish notice ofthfs adoption instintinaryforin and that Ordiinance <br />No. 436 shall be placed in full force and effect on the date of such publication: <br />
