WHEREAS. ITIE City of .Gem Lake currently operates a. Municipal Curbside Recycling. Program .for all single f mily residences within the City, and WHEREAS, the City Council realizes that,increased public. awareness, education and participation in this prof rant is. in the bc.t interots of all citizens -and wishes to expand the current program within the administrative ,guidelines established for ctrrrent City stpfir and WIIE.RFf'1S. the Division of Solid Waste of the:St. Paul-karnsey County Department of .Public Health has made certain funds available For qualified recycling progralris within Ramsey County..
