A public hearing shall be held at 7:flb.PM-on the 161' day of November, 2005 in the first floor -meeting room o17ousley Ford, 1493 East Cbuilty-Road E, Gem Lake, :Ramsey County, Minnesota 55110 to.pass tip on such proposed assessment and at such. -time and.place:all persons owning property atfected by such iniprovcment will be given. an opportunity to:be:heard with reference:to such assessment; and .Y The City Clerk is hereby directed.to cause.a notice ofth.e.hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in tile official newspaper at least two (2) weeks prior to. the public hearing: and lie shall state in the notice the total cost of the iniprovenient. FIe shall also .cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of eaclt.parcel described in the assessment not less than two. (2) weeks prior tothe public hearing, and :�.
