CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO.2006-41. <br />20 NOVEMBER 2006 <br />A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING PARTICIPATION IN A JOINT POWERS <br />AGREEMENT AMONG THE UNITS OF GOVERNMENT COMPRISING <br />THE VADNAIS LAKE AREA WATER MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION. <br />WHEREAS; the constituent units. of government comprising the V adnais Lake Area Water Management Organization <br />entered into.a faint Powers Agreemerit.to meet the requirements of the Metropolitan Surface Water Management Act <br />in September of 1983; and <br />WHEREAS, the governmental units.have now agreed;that certain amendment to that document are necessary; and <br />WHEREAS, said.Joint Powers Agreement will expire at the end of 2006; Now,. Therefore.
