CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION ". 2066-05 <br />21 February 2006 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN <br />THE COST SHARING OF CONSULTANT SERVICES TO <br />THE. ONGOING 1-35E.. CORRIDOR MANAGEMENT <br />STUDY. <br />W.HEREAS,:fhe.City of Gem Lake has partially funded and participated in the multi;jurisdictibnai study of the 1-3512 <br />Corridor.; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Getn Lake. has committed to :continue participation. as a tnember in *the I-35:E Conido)r <br />Management Team -and <br />WHEREAS, the Corridor Management Team will continue to coordinate the ongoing balance of land use and <br />transportation within the I-M Corridor; and <br />WHEREAS -continued consultant services will bs required to assist the Corridor Management Team; and <br />WHEREAS, 5l;H, Inc.. has prepared a scope of secvicestgprQvide such assistance at cost to the..Members in 2004 not <br />to exceed $4,50d for budgeted operations: and <br />WHEREAS, the Corridor Management Team has proposed cost sharing contributions from the participating local units <br />of government as follows: the city of Vadnais .Heights (r, 25:0%; the City of White Bear lake@ 25:M. White: Bear <br />Township tit 25.0%, North Oaks @ 18.0.%; and Gem Lake.@ 7.0%; and <br />Wl-I RLAS.
