HANSEN. <br />WHEREAS, application for concurrent detachment ofcettain lands within Gem Lake. owned by Bryan Hansen and attachment <br />to vadnais Heiglits has been made with the State of MN;:and <br />WHEREAS, the City Counoil-of the -City of Gem Lake owbehalfofthe residents.and .businesses of.the City of Gent Lake is <br />unanimouslyopposed to the concurrent:detachment and annexation ofsaid lands as.not in the Best interest. of timcornmunity;and <br />WH EREAS, the City Attorney: and his law firm of Leonard, O'Brien, Spencer; Gale and Sayre have been appraised of the -action <br />bv.Flansetn and have demonstrated.both*willitngriess and adequatecredentials.to defend. -the matter at every level; now .therefore <br />he it. <br />RESOLVED, that the City Couocif ofthe City of Gem Lake approves- the spending.ofpublic funds in defense of theapplication. <br />by Bryan Hansen for cottcurrentdetachment:and annexation to Vadnais Heights ofthe approximately l 7.7E acre property located <br />adjacent Coutnq.- Road E in the City of Gem Lake with zoning for Lo.w.
