CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NOi 2005-07 <br />21 MARCH 2O05 <br />A Resolution granting approval of the final plat for.Hillary Farm of GemLake. as prepared by Anderson Engineering of <br />Minnesota, LLC (the "Plat") and eimpoweriiig the Mayor and City Clerk to execute. said Plat as provided for by law with the <br />condition that. no building.pennits shall be issued for any work within the Plat: beyond preliminary grading: and Building Permits <br />lots No. 17.atid No. 7 tintil each ofthe following conditions are met <br />CONDITIONS <br />I. A certified copyofthe Articles of incorporation, By -Laws and a copy of.tlie.Certifcate oflncorporation ofthe.Hillary <br />Farms Homeowners. Association shall be presented to and deemed satisfactory by the City Cleric. <br />'_• . The. Declaration of Covenants, Conditions ondResteictions for Hillary. Farm shall be reviewed -and deemed.satisfactory <br />by the City Clerk. and City.Attorney. <br />3. A certifcate•ofcompletion.or letter from VLAWMO to the City Clerk stating that each of.the conditions numbered 18 <br />through 22--in..the Developer's.Agreement have. been completed to their satisfaction. <br />4. A.cei•ti.ficate ofwell abandonment foi•thewell located on the formercaretoker's.property in form satisfactory to-thb-State <br />of MN shall be. provided the City Clerk in accordance .wifli item in: of the Developer's A,breement. <br />S.
