A certified copyofthe Articles of incorporation, By -Laws and a copy of.tlie.Certifcate oflncorporation ofthe.Hillary Farms Homeowners. Association shall be presented to and deemed satisfactory by the City Cleric. '_• . The. Declaration of Covenants, Conditions ondResteictions for Hillary.
