ROLAND BIRKEBAK FOR HIS <br />SIGNIFICANT CONTRIBUTION AS A CITY' 'COUNCILOR TO THE <br />RESIDENTIAL AND BUSINESS CITIZENS. OF THE CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />DURING HIS 10 YEAR TENURE FROM 1995 THROUGH. 2004. <br />WHEREAS. Dr.:Ro.Iand Birkebak was duIyelected as.City. Councilor in the Generaf Election held in November,1994. and took <br />the Oath. of Office -administered by State Senator Linda Runbeck.in.JaWary, .1"5-, and <br />WHEREAS;. Dr. Roland B.irkebak has served the community of Gem Lake: continuously for On. years hi -his capacity as City <br />Councilor° with a true: sense of purpose, Conviction and high standards attendant with the offce; and <br />WHEREAS, Dr.Roland Birkebak has _voltttitafilyserved in additional capacities without4xpe6tation ofieward and. in the*best <br />ituerests of the community; and <br />WHEREAS. Dr. Roland.Birkebak has tendered his. resignation effective 31 December 2004; now, therefore, be :it <br />RESOLVED. that the.
