Countty Lounge as applicant has operated the estab I ishmentwith no incidents during 2005 and HCO as*applicant <br />has .opera[ed: with one (1) incident for which it was cited and fined in 2005; and <br />WHEREAS. the State Of Minnesota has enacted legislation,.reference.Cltapter227 / H:F.117, requiring local units ofgovernment <br />to establish or updatelocal ordinances regulating, retaittobacco sales and providing forcompliance checks,.the cost ofwhicl,.shall <br />be -born by the licensee;'and <br />W kl EREAS, the City hass-a Tobacco Compliance Ordinance No.:08 which. became efi'ective:28 February 1008. <br />NnW THEREFDRE BR IT RESOLVED ti'tat the City Council of the City_ of Gem Lake does hereby approve renewal of <br />.RLT AIL.
