CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION 140. 20.06-10 <br />20 MARCH 2O06 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 2006 BUii?CxET OF $54,087 FOR <br />OPERATION QF THE GEM LAKE .MIJ.N1CIPAL SANIVAiky <br />SEWER ENTERPRISE FUND. <br />WHEREAS; the City trlerk-teas presented a (Proposed) Sewer Enterpnse Forid.Btidget for fiscal and calendar year 2006 based <br />upon:best estimates.oftitecosts associated*Withongoingoperations of theCityofGem Lake Municipal Sanitary Sewer Enterprise <br />in 2006; anO* <br />WHEREAS, these estimates have been reviewed by the .City Council .at Ws. regular :meeting in: March; 2006 including <br />amendments based upon best inforrriatioh received from outside contractors; now, therefore lie. it <br />RESOLVED, tliat ihe;City Council -of the City.of Gem Lake does formally adopt the 2006 Sewer. Fund Budget.of $54,087 as <br />prepared liy the City Clerk; and,'.bb it <br />FURTHER RESOLVED,.thatthe increased rate for discharge into the mimidipal.sanitary sewersystem of$17100 per thousand <br />,allons ($ f2S.67 per 1.00 cubic feet) discharged for commercial users, $112:00 anntially per single family household, and $43.00 <br />prr quarter minimum billing be established and the Gem Lake Fee Schedttlepreviously adopted be amended for implementation <br />of these fees so as to affect billing of Second Quarter usage. <br />The foregoing Resolution was offered by Councilor Watson and was supported.byCouncilor.
