TH)C ONGOING I-35E <br />CORRIDOR .MANAG)EMENT:STUDY. <br />W I-I:ER9A$, tho City of i6emLa.ke has partially. funded.and participated in the multi jurisdictionaf study of the 1305E Corridor: and <br />WIJERC, AS,°the Giiy of Gem -lake has cotnmitted.to continue participation gs amembee iit.the.1-35F Corridor Management Team; and <br />NV.H FREAS, the Corridor Management Team-will-continud to:coordinate the ongoing balance of land use and transportation within the <br />1-35E, Corridor.: ant <br />WliEREAS, :co.ntinueld.consuitant services will.be required to assist the. Corridor Management Teain;.and <br />W Fi [;REAS, S-EH, Ittc. has prepared a scope of services to.provide such assistance at a cost to the members in 2004 not to exceed $4 500 <br />for budgeted operations: and <br />WHEREAS, the Corridor Management Team has proposed cost sharing contributions --from the participai.ing local units ofgovernment <br />as, follows: the city of Vadnais 1 teiglits rc 25.0% the City of White Bear Lake@ 25.0°�0; White Bear Township at.25.0%;.North Ciaks !4.. <br />I.&.4°b: and Gem Lake @ 7.0% and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Department of Transportation, Ctamsey County acid the Metropolitan !Council have agreed to .provide. in -kind <br />planning and technical services and project coordination through the course of study. <br />NOW THEREFC4E BE IT RESOLVED thattheC tyCouncil of the City of Gem Lake agrees to contribute funding ail amount not to <br />exceed S�62-.5b for;consultant:services from SEH, Inc: for the ongoing 1--35E CoiT..idorManagement.'study. <br />The foregoing Resolution %vas offered by Councilor Watsoir and was supporied*-li�.
