CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION .NUMBER 2015-26 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Gem Lake, Minnesota, was duly:held at Heritage Hall in said City <br />on November 19,. 2015, <br />The following members were present: Council Members Artig-Swomley, <br />Lindner, Kuny, and: Bosak; Mayor: Uzpen; and the following members were absent: <br />None. <br />An Affidavit showing publication. of a. Notice of Hearing on the proposed <br />assessment in the official newspaper and an Affidavit showing mailing of Notice of <br />Hearing. in accordance with the passed Resolution were examined, found satisfactory and <br />ordered placed on file. <br />The City Council announced that the meeting was open for. consideration of <br />objections, if any, to said proposed assessments.
