CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NUMBER 2015-27 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Gem Lake, Minnesota, was duly.held at Heritage Hall in said City <br />on November 19, 29'l5. <br />The following members were present: Council Members Artig-Swomley, <br />Lindner, Kuny, and Bosak; Mayor: Uzpen; and the following members were absent: <br />None, <br />An Affidavit showing publication of a. Notice of Hearing on the proposed <br />assessment in the official newspaper and an Affidavit showing mailing of Notice of <br />Hearing in accordance with the passed Resolution were examined, found satisfactoryand <br />ordered placed on file. <br />The City Council announced thatthe rneeting.was open far consideration of <br />objections, if any, to said proposed assessments.
