NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City affirmatively “Opt-In” as a participant <br />in the County’s EDA Area of Operation, and supports the County in its EDA use, funding and <br />programs established, and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the city commits to the collaboration with the County and <br />the processes necessary for implementing the County’s EDA programs as an integral part and <br />shared goal of supporting and sustaining entrepreneurs and local small businesses <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly introduced by Councilmember <br />Lindner and supported by Councilmember Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />resolution passed with a vote of 5 in favor and 1 against. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br />I, Barbara Suciu, the duly qualified City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of Ramsey, <br />State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution is a true and accurate <br />representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on the date first <br />written. <br /> <br /> May 19, 2026 <br />Barbara Suciu, City Clerk Date <br /> <br /> <br />
