CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2026-16 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR SEH, INC. TO CONDUCT MCES CONNECTION ANALYSIS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Gem Lake is responsible for the sanitary sewer monitoring and flow <br />evaluation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, for the city is requesting to have a better understanding of actual discharge <br />conditions to the MCES interceptor system this; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, SEH, Inc. submitted a proposal that includes project management, MCES <br />Coordination, Long-term monitoring, and data analysis; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the timeline of the project is fall of 2026 through spring of 2027, with a final report <br />to be completed within 45 days of the meter removal once the full dataset is available; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the cost for this project is $33,500. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake, Minnesota, <br />Authorizes SEH, Inc to conduct MCES Connection Analysis for the City of Gem Lake. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly introduced by Councilmember Lindner and <br />supported by Councilmember Cacioppo, and upon vote being taken thereon, the resolution passed with a <br />vote of 5 in favor and 0 against. <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br />I, Barbara Suciu, the duly qualified City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of Ramsey, State of <br />Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution is a true and accurate representation of action <br />taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on the date first written. <br /> June 16, 2026 <br />Barbara Suciu, City Clerk Date <br />
