WHITE BEAR <br />MONTESSORI <br />SUI-1001- <br />Zoning Request Application continued: <br />We also request that we lower the requirement of impervious surface or building coverage. <br />Our existing requirement is that the total lot coverage of current and proposed structures cannot <br />exceed 15% of the total lot area, and that 25% of the lot area shall be open green space. <br />Our current building is takes about 10% of the property.
