SECTION 6 - "EX" EXECUTIVE RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT ,'—) Section 6 Intent The intent of the executive residential district is to preserve the historical and cultural characteristics of the real property that has traditionally been classified as low density but does not meet the characteristics or the criteria of the Estate Residential District for preservation of larger lots or for application of Planned Unit Development. Section 6.1 Permitted Uses. Within any "EX" Zoned Residential District, no structure or land shall be used except for one (1) or more of the following uses: 6.1.1 Single family detached dwellings 6.1.2 Truck gardening and other horticultural uses provided that only those products produced on the premise be sold or offered for sale. Section 6.2 Permitted Accessory Uses. Within any "EX" Zoned Residential District, the following uses shall be permitted as accessory uses: 6.2.1 Attached or detached housing such as a carriage house or garage apartment, up to one additional unit. 6.2.2 Private garage, car port or parking space. 6.2.3 The keeping of not more than two (2) roomers. 6.2.4 Private swimming pool, tennis court, horse training ring, or similar construction for non - motorized private sports and recreation. `✓ 6.2.5 Home occupation 6.2.6 Structures temporarily located for purposes of construction on the site for a period of time not in excess of such construction. 6.2.7 Conservatories for plants and flowers, not including any business, trade or industry. 6.2.8 Essential services. Section 6.3 Conditional Uses. Within any "EX" Zoned Residential District, no structure or land shall be used for the following uses except by Conditional Use Permit 6.3.1 Agricultural Structures, including but not limited to barns, stables, kennels and the like. Structures in which farm animals or fowl are to be housed shall require a set -back of one hundred (100') feet of any lot line, well or ISTS. 6.3.2 Bed and Breakfast Establishments. 6.3.3 Storage of vehicles, including motor homes, campers and trailers, which are in excess of 7,000 pounds or 20 feet in length. 6.3.4 Family Day Care Home. 6.3.5 Essential Service Structures. j 6.3.6 Residential -use Planned Unit Development (PUD) as regulated by Section 13 of this Ordinance.
