Proposed Revisions of the Gem Lake Zoning Ordinance, #43, <br />Dated 22 March 1989 <br />Section 6.1: Remove "L-B" Limited Business from the list of <br />Business Districts <br />6.2: Change the date of the zoning map to April 12 1993 <br />11 Eliminate this entire section <br />12.1: Add to the permitted uses (1): <br />Hotels & Motels <br />Hospital or Clinic for human beings <br />Dental Services <br />Medical Services <br />Funeral Home or Mortuary <br />Private Clubs <br />And, add: <br />(2) single family dwelling <br />(3) churches <br />15.3: Eliminate this entire section (signs in the L-B <br />district) <br />Zoning Map Eliminate the "L-B" Limited Business area and <br />include that area in the "R-B" Retail Business <br />district. Change the effective date to 4/12/93. <br />10.5: Change the area requirements to: <br />36,000 square feet if on -site septic system <br />24,000 square feet if.connected to city sewer <br />5.8: Revise the fee for variances to $75.00 to conform <br />with Subdivision Ordinance Section 15 (b) <br />5.2: Add a second paragraph: <br />"See Section 14 for Performance Standards" <br />5.3: Add item: <br />(6) Approve all building permits submitted by the <br />building inspector after determining that the permit <br />is in compliance with the ordinance. <br />14.0: Add paragraph: <br />(3) All building permits, other than for single <br />family dwelling, must be reviewed and approved by <br />the Planning Commission <br />•,J <br />
