voted in favor, with one abstention, of recommending the City <br />Council grant the building permit required to relocate the portable <br />bank building (8' X 161) to the site directly behind (North) the <br />large elm tree in the new sales lot on County Road E, to be used <br />as a customer information booth, and landscaped according to the <br />plan submitted. <br />Dick & Helen Lindholm (The Trike Shop) and Richard Priestley <br />(Rick's Auto Body) requested a variance to allow them to locate a <br />new sign on the corner of their property (3744-48 Scheuneman Rd). <br />Mr. Noble testified that their neighbor Gary Nelson has no <br />objection.
