Please confirm receipt and verify content is in acceptable form for use. <br />CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />PUBLIC NOTICE NO.2006-03 <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />The Gem Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on <br />Monday, 13 February 2006 at 7:00 PM in the first floor meeting room of <br />Tousley Ford located at 1493 East County Road E in the City of Gem Lake. <br />The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comment on a final <br />reading of proposed amendments to Sections: 2 supporting the <br />Comprehensive Municipal Plan; 3 adding and amending definitions; 4 <br />clarifying permitted encroachments; 5 adding review criteria to be followed; 7 <br />— 10 amending heights, open space and animal harboring consistent with <br />Ordinance No. 69; 11 amendments to more closely reflect the requirements of <br />state statutes; 12 amending uses, area requirements and development <br />requirements; 13 amending uses and open space; 14 amending landscape <br />requirements, regulating the use of temporary storage containers, providing <br />for density transfer and adding provisions for park land dedication; 17 adding <br />soil and erosion control requirements in accordance with the Gem Lake MS4 <br />Storm Water Pollutant Prevention Permit and state statutes; 18 amending uses, <br />heights, areas, hours of operation, open space access, density and utility <br />provisions. Any one wishing to be heard should attend the public hearing. <br />Following the public hearing, the Planning Commission will make it's <br />recommendations for approval of amendments to the City Council for <br />adoption. Copies of the Ordinance as amended are available in electronic <br />format from the City Clerk or the White Bear Lake branch of the Ramsey <br />County Public Library. <br />Ss//Frederic C.
