27 February 1995 <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />Mayor Emeott then reported that he has communicated with Metro <br />Waste Water Services regarding the Antolak, Hurt request to connect with <br />City Sewer and that he will follow up with same. <br />Discussion of VLAWMO then ensued with the matter tabled to March <br />pending Mayor Emeott's discussion with Ramsey -Washington Water Shed <br />District. <br />The Clerk then noted that upon examination, the City's Liquor <br />Ordinance makes no provision for Non -Intoxicating Liquor Licensing. The <br />Clerk is to pursue required changes and make recommendations. <br />After discussion and upon motion duly made (Nielsen) and seconded <br />(Birkebak), Resolution No. 95-08 regarding empowerment of the City Clerk <br />to seek a Score Grant for recycling, a copy of which is attached hereto <br />as Exhibit "C", was unanimously adopted. <br />The minutes of the 26 January 1995 Contract Cities Group were then <br />made available and are attached hereto as Exhibit "D". <br />The Treasurer's Report, a copy of which is attached hereto as <br />Exhibit "E", and indicating a balance in the General Fund of $63,610.63 <br />and in the Sewer Fund of $21,475.08 was, upon motion duly made (Nielsen) <br />and seconded (Igo), unanimously approved. <br />Payment of bills totaling $9,213.74, a copy of which is attached <br />hereto as Exhibit "F", was, upon motion duly made (Nielsen) and seconded <br />(Igo), unanimously approved. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned by Mayor <br />Emeott at 8:15 pm. <br />AUTHORED: 19 March 1995 <br />APPROVED: 20 March 1995 ATTEST: <br />Frederic C.
