Emeott, Mayor <br />3960 Scheuneman Rd. <br />Gem Lake, Mn 55110 <br />Dear Paul: <br />The Gem Lake Planning Commission met Thursday, September 15, <br />1994, 7:3C PM, at Tousley Ford. Present were Gardner, Leider, <br />Nielsen, and Docken. The notice of the meeting was published in <br />the White Bear Press on September 7. <br />Mr. Richard Hiniker presented the final landscape plan for <br />the Tousley Ford addition (pole barn) which will become their <br />parts department, both retail and wholesale. This issue has been <br />in abeyance for two years pending determination of the building's <br />use.
