They have assured me that they will restore any damage to the boulevard. <br />on the north side of County Road E. I will continue to monitor this matter to make sure they <br />make the necessary repairs. I also talked to Roberts about adding landscaping. They have not <br />made a decision on this matter. The. City of Vadnais Heights had previously approved the <br />landscaping plan thus we really do not have any leverage on this matter.
