The permittee must design, install and maintain a Storm Drainage and <br />Erosion Control Plan for the site with said design approved by the City and said installation and <br />maintenance subject to periodic inspection by the City. <br />The Plan shall be implemented and maintained for the life of the project which shall be determined by <br />assumption of ownership or occupancy by another parry. No erosion control measures shall be removed <br />from the site unless authorized by the City. <br />Upon completion of the project, approval by the City, and in conjunction with issuance of any <br />Certificate of Occupancy, the NPDES Permit will be transferred to the fee title owner of the property. <br />ISSUE.
