CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO.2006-07 <br />20 March 2006 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING A PUBLIC HEARING AND PROPER <br />NOTIFICATION OF OWNERS OF PROPERTY TO BE BENEFICIALLY <br />AFFECTED BY CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IDENTIFIED AS <br />PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO.2006-01 (PIP2006-01). <br />WHEREAS, the City Council and Staff have identified the need to improve city streets including Big Fox Road, Little <br />Fox Lane, Tessier Road and Haven Lane; and <br />WHEREAS, several residents of Gem Lake located along these city streets have similarly requested improvements to <br />these roads by the City; and <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2005-26, the Gem Lake City Council did order feasability studies for consideration of <br />this public improvement; and <br />WHEREAS, said feasability study has been prepared by the City's designated Project Engineer, Mr. David Mitchell <br />of SEH, Inc. and delivered to and reviewed by the City Council; now, therefore, be it <br />RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake does hereby order public hearings on the matter be set <br />before the Gem Lake City Council at 7:00 PM on Monday, 10 April 2006, for Big Fox Road and Little Fox Lane <br />residents, at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, 12 April 2006, for Haven Lane and Tessier Road residents and further orders the <br />City Clerk to prepare proper public notice of such hearings for publication in the City's official newspaper and for direct <br />mail to all benefitted owners of real property in the City of Gem Lake. <br />The foregoing Resolution was offered by Councilor Watson and was supported by Councilor Bosak and was <br />declared adopted based upon the follow41 vote: <br />NAME <br />EMEOTT <br />WATSON <br />RASMUSSEN <br />SCHILLING <br />BOSAK <br />VOTE <br />Aye <br />Aye <br />Absent <br />Absent <br />Aye <br />ATTEST <br />I, Frederic C.
