RESOLUTION NO.2014 - 19 <br />A RESOLUTION REVOKING ORDINANCE 107A AND APPROVING 107B <br />GATEWAY DISTRICT FOR THE CITY OF GEM LAKE. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Gem Lake, by this Resolution makes changes to the <br />Gateway ordinance to make corrections clarifying certain information. <br />WHEREAS, the changes to the Gateway Ordinance outline the process and procedure to <br />deal with a non -conforming business wanting to do business in Gem Lake. <br />By this Resolution, the City Council approves ordinance 107B GATEWAY DISTRICT <br />IN THE CITY OF GEM LAKE. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was made <br />by Councilmember xxxx and seconded by Councilmember xxxx with votes in favor <br />and votes in opposition. <br />Dated 10/.21/ 2014 <br />William Short, City Clerk <br />J <br />
