It was restated as part of Ordinance No. 55 on 18 June 1990. Ordinance No. 46 was <br />repealed on 31 December 1997 and it's purpose and intent were transferred to and updated in Ordinance No. 67. <br />Similarly, An Ordinance Defining Bi-Annual Inspection And Maintenance Routines For On -Site Sewage Disposal Systems Located <br />In The City Of Gem Lake, Ramsey County, Minnesota was originally enacted by the City Council as City of Gem Lake Ordinance <br />No. 61 on 15 June 1992 and placed in full force and effect on 01 July 1992. Ordinance No. 61 was repealed on 31 December 1997 and <br />it's purpose and intent %Here transferred to and updated in Ordinance No. 67. <br />On 06 April 2004, City Clerk Magnuson finding inconsistencies in formatting of paragraph numbers in Sections 12 and 13, corrected <br />numbering only. City Clerk Magnuson also removed letter codification from Section 2.3 Definitions to allow greater ease of <br />amendment as necessary by adding new definitions in alphabetical order. City Clerk Magnuson also closed paragraph spacing to <br />reduce the document by two 2) pages.
