Your <br />property is zoned for residential use not business and I am disappointed that I must write this <br />letter. The city has ordinances against businesses being run in the residential areas. The city also <br />has ordinances against trash in the yard. <br />Please stop all business activity immediately, remove all vehicles/trailers used for business <br />purposes and remove all trash from the property grounds. The city does have an ordinance that if <br />complaints are called in and trash is not removed by the homeowner the city will hire a company <br />to remove the trash and bill the homeowner.
