RESOLVED: Motion by Bosak, Second by Rasmussen to accept the May, 2006 Treasurer's Reports as prepared <br />by Cobian were unanimously approved. Payment of bills S43,356.12 was unanimously approved. Mayor Emeott then <br />asked if current property tax payments have been received from Ramsey County and Mr. Magnuson responded they are <br />due any day now. Mr. Magnuson indicated these were generally available as the State defines the City Clerk and the City <br />Treasurer positions. Mr. Watson agreed to take on the job of considering same for the next meeting. <br />Mayor Emeott then announced that this meeting will be continued to 27 June 2006 at 4:30 PM, Nexen Building, <br />560 Oak Grove Parkway, Vadnais Heights. The continuation of the meeting will be closed to the public as the City <br />Council will be meeting with the City Attorney to discuss pending and ongoing litigation.
