CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO.2006-18 <br />19 JUNE 2006 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE FROM SECTION 9.5(1), <br />ORDINANCE NO. 43G FOR MICHAEL AND ANNE STROMMER, 3910 <br />SCHEUNEMAN ROAD. <br />WHEREAS, Michael and Anne Strommer have made an application for a variance from nine (9) feet from the side <br />yard set -back of fifteen (15) feet required by Section 9.5(1), Ordinance No. 43G; and <br />WHEREAS, the needs for a variance have been reviewed by the Zoning Administrators and determined to be valid <br />so as to provide symmetry of construction to existing onsite structures; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing on the matter was convened before the Gem Lake Planning Commission <br />on 05 June 2006 in accordance the procedures set forth in Ordinance No. 43G and all in attendance were heard; and <br />WHEREAS, the Gem Lake Planning Commission recommends approval of the Variance; and <br />WHEREAS, the matter of this variance comes before the City Council of the City of Gem Lake at it's regular <br />meeting convened on 19 June 2006; now, therefore, be it <br />RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake finds adequate findings for the application and no <br />significant opposition to the application and therefore approves issuance of a Variance from Section 9.5(1), <br />Ordinance No. 43G with the codicil that construction commence within one (1) years from the date first issued. <br />The foregoing Resolution was offered by Councilor Bosak and was supported by Councilor Watson and <br />,i 1 d do ted/ ailed based u on the followin vote: <br />w� ec are a <br />NAME <br />EMEOTT <br />WATSON <br />RASMUSSEN <br />SCHILLING <br />BOSAK <br />VOTE <br />Aye <br />Aye <br />Aye <br />Aye <br />Aye <br />ATTEST <br />I, Frederic C.
