RESOLUTION NO.2014 - 09 <br />A RESOLUTION REVOKING ORDINANCE 107 AND APPROVING 107A <br />GATEWAY DISTRICT FOR THE CITY OF GEM LAKE. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Gem Lake, by this Resolution makes changes to the <br />Gateway ordinance to make corrections clarifying certain information. <br />By this Resolution, the City Council hereby deletes Figure 15 on page 52. <br />By this Resolution, the City. Council approves ordinance 107A GATEWAY DISTRICT <br />IN THE CITY OF GEM LAKE. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was made <br />by Councilmember XXXXX and seconded by Councilmember XXXXX with votes in <br />favor and votes in opposition. <br />Dated 6/17/ 2014 <br />William Short, City Clerk <br />
