RESOLUTION NO.2014 -11 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO PAY SEH <br />FOR PHASE 2 WORK PERFORMED ALONG HOFFMAN ROAD. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Gem Lake, has entered into an agreement with SEH to perform <br />Phase 2 work along Hoffman Road.. <br />By this Resolution, the City Council approves payment to SEH in the amount of $64,650.00 for <br />such work <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was made <br />by Councilmember xxxxxxk and seconded by Councilmember xxxxxy with votes in <br />favor and votes in opposition. <br />Dated 9/xx/ 2014 <br />0 <br />F9 <br />William Short, City Clerk <br />
