The transfer is also in accordance with Resolution 2006-33 of the Gem <br />Lake City Council. This jurisdictional transfer will become effective November 1, 2006. <br />As stated in the concurring resolutions, "Ramsey County will pay to the City as just compensation for <br />these jurisdictional transfers up to $70,126 upon presentation of billings from the construction <br />contractor(s) for the reconstruction of these segments of Scheuneman Road and Hoffman Road, and <br />that upon receipt of the billings, the County shall reimburse the City in accordance with Minnesota <br />State Statute 471.425."
