City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2014 — 22 <br />November 18th, 2014 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING SEH TO PERFORM NECESSARY PRLIMINARY <br />WORK AND PRODUCE A FEASIBILITY REPORT ON PROPERTIES LOCATED <br />ALONG HOFFMAN ROAD AND SCHEUNEMAN RD. <br />WHEREAS, the company identified has agreed to perform this work to produce a <br />feasibility report for the City Council. <br />Therefore, the City Council authorizes SEH to perform the work and produce the <br />feasibility report for the cost of $45,820, and the city Finance Officer is authorized to pay <br />SEH upon completion of the work pay the SEH bill from city reserves. <br />The foregoing Resolution was offered by Council Member xxx and was seconded by <br />Council Member xxxxxx and was declared adopted upon the following vote: Yes x No <br />ATTEST <br />I, William Short, the duly qualified City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and <br />accurate representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on <br />the date first written. <br />William Short, City Clerk <br />j <br />Date <br />
