City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2014 — 24 <br />November 18th, 2014 <br />A RESOLUTION CREATING A NON -CONFORMING FEE FOR THE CITY OF GEM <br />LAKE. <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake maintains a fee schedule for services provided, <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake currently does not have a fee for non -conforming <br />business and wishes to create one. <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the non -conforming fee shall be the same fee as the fee for a <br />CUP. <br />WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the November 18th, 2014 regular <br />City Council Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, made by <br />Council Member and seconded by Council Member <br />ATTEST <br />I, William Short, the duly qualified City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and <br />accurate representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on <br />the date first written. <br />William Short, City Clerk <br />J <br />Date <br />
