CITY OF GEM LAKE, MN <br />City Hall - 4200 Otter Lake Road <br />Gem Lake, MN 55110 <br />RESOLUTION NO.2014-23 <br />18 NOVEMBER 2014 <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL GENERAL FUND BUDGET <br />AND FINAL AMOUNT TO BE RAISED BY PROPERTY TAXATION <br />FOR THE YEAR 2015 <br />WHEREAS, the City Treasurer has presented a TOTAL (Proposed) Budget of <br />$596,734.00 which includes a General Tax Levy of $284,655.00 and a Debt Tax Levy of <br />$49,500.00 for fiscal and calendar year 2015 based upon best estimates of costs for <br />running the City of Gem Lake in 2015; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did review, on November 18, 2014, the TOTAL Budget <br />and Tax Levy for 2015 including all revisions thereto as of the date first written. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Gem <br />Lake does formally adopt the 2015 Final General Fund Budget of $331,932.00 and the <br />Final Property Tax Levy of $334,155.00 which includes a General Tax Levy of <br />$284,655.00 and a Debt Levy of $49,500.00 for 2015 as prepared by the City Treasurer <br />and amended by the City Council; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is charged with Certifying said Tax <br />and Debt Levy to Ramsey County Property Taxation and other government bodies for <br />whom this information is required. <br />The foregoing Resolution was offered by Councilor and was supported by <br />Councilor and was declared adopted based upon the following vote: <br />NAME UZPEN BOSAK LINDNER KUNY ARTIG- <br />SWOMLEY <br />Vote <br />Attest <br />I, WILLIAM F.
