Excess <br />money not used will be returned to the person who paid the escrow at the <br />end of the project. Expenses that exceed the escrow amount will be billed <br />to the applicant at the end of the project. <br />A Late Charge of $35.00 plus 1 % per month will be charged if payment for <br />services billed is not paid within 30 days after invoicing.
